Jade Brown-Russell is the founder and Principal of JD Russell Consulting. With over 17 years of legal experience and 15 years of diversity, equity and inclusion experience, Jade has consistently delivered results for her clients, and focuses her efforts on systemic, sustainable, and equitable reform. Jade remains civically active. She is currently the Chairwoman of the Urban League of Louisiana and is a commissioner of the Resilient Louisiana Commission.

Dietra Cummings has experience in transactional law, including management agreements, settlements and releases, indemnity agreements and waivers, breach of contract notices, cease and desist letters, responses to subpoenas, and responses to regulatory (compliance) inquiries. Dietra has significant experience in gaming and entertainment law, specifically, casinos, hotels and racetracks. She also has extensive experience in e-discovery related to pharmaceutical/medical device and personal injury mass tort litigation.
